History
Our company, SAM Living Legacy LLC, was incorporated in 2020
during the pandemic. The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, also known as the
Stimulus, provided us with significant support and enabled us to assist
households by preparing taxes using the credits distributed by the federal
government to help during the lockdown. Taking advantage of the situation, we
transformed our business model to become mobile, allowing us to meet clients at
their preferred locations for tax preparation. In addition, we began offering
virtual tax return preparation through platforms like Zoom, which not only
maximized our productivity but also provided clients with personalized
one-on-one consultations at a more affordable fee.
To go on, our identified opportunity is to increase our clientele base and revenue, by targeting the Hyde Park area to set up our location for wider market coverage, as a result of doing this, it allows us to expand even more to be set up as a franchise for investors to play. Subsequently, the opposition is that we have to continue to build a rapport to be a well-known and trusted tax firm, with a competitive service fee and situated in a rather favorable location.
